Valdoria Next Server Rules
Fair play, respectful conduct and real adventures. These rules apply to every player, without exceptions for status or seniority.
Valdoria Next is completely free to play. No fees for accounts or Premium access.1. Free Access and Fair Play
Account registration and normal play are free. Valdoria Next does not charge players for Premium accounts or Premium access. No purchase is needed to enter the realm.
Players must abide by these rules regardless of level, vocation, guild membership, staff friendships or account age. A feature appearing in a game client does not make its use automatically permitted.
2. The Only Permitted Bot Assistance: AutoHeal
Permitted: automated healing of your own character using restorative spells, health potions or mana-restoring consumables when conditions such as low health or mana are met. Such assistance may only restore or protect the controlled character; it must not independently select enemies, attack, travel, gather resources or make combat decisions.
Not permitted: any module that simultaneously performs an otherwise prohibited action. Allowing AutoHeal does not license the entire bot, macro or client extension in which AutoHeal is found.
3. Strictly Prohibited Automation
- Magic Shooters: automated offensive spells, attack runes, area attacks, combos or other damage-dealing actions.
- Auto Target / TargetBot: automatic enemy detection, selection, switching, chasing or attacking.
- CaveBot and Waypoints: automated movement, route following, hunting loops, navigation, restocking or travel.
- AutoLoot and Looting Scripts: automated corpse opening, item collection, sorting or selling, except functionality intentionally implemented inside the server itself.
- AFK Combat and Training Macros: scripts that fight, train, farm, cast non-healing spells or otherwise progress a character without direct action by its player.
- Equivalent Tools: mouse/keyboard macros, external executables, client modules, remote automation and scripts achieving the same result by other technical means.
Whether a function is named “assistant,” “macro,” “hotkey” or “bot” is irrelevant. The actual behaviour determines whether it violates the rules. Manually triggered actions that perform one ordinary in-game action are not automatically prohibited; repeating, chaining or autonomously choosing actions is.
4. Mandatory Penalty for Prohibited Bots
Once the administration reasonably confirms prohibited automation, both sanctions apply together:
- A 30-day suspension of the account involved in the violation.
- Permanent deletion of the character on which the violation was confirmed, including that character's progression, equipment and possessions.
No prior warning is required. The administration must review the available evidence before enforcing the penalty. It will not automatically punish unrelated characters or accounts without evidence linking them to a violation. Deliberate attempts to evade an active sanction may be treated as a separate offence.
Deleted characters and lost items cannot be assumed recoverable. Any appeal is reviewed under Section 10; an appeal does not itself suspend the penalty.
5. Exploits and Unfair Advantages
Do not intentionally abuse bugs, duplicate items or currency, manipulate rewards, circumvent game limitations, or knowingly spread instructions for exploiting a vulnerability. Report serious faults privately to the administration rather than using them for profit or public disruption.
Unfairly obtained items and progress may be withdrawn. Other sanctions depend on intent, severity, available evidence and prior violations.
6. Player Names and Communication
Character and guild names must not impersonate staff or other players, contain targeted abuse or hate speech, or intentionally mislead others into believing the speaker represents Valdoria Next. Do not threaten, harass, stalk, dox, repeatedly spam or attempt to obtain another player's passwords or private information.
Respectful rivalry and role-play conflict are welcome. Persistent personal harassment outside normal game competition is not.
7. PvP, Trade and Game Economy
Lawful PvP, competitive hunting, negotiation and ordinary player trading are part of the game world, subject to the server's actual PvP and trading mechanics. Do not exploit software weaknesses, forged staff identities or stolen credentials in a trade. A disagreement over an ordinary in-game bargain is not automatically a rule breach.
8. Account and Server Security
Keep your credentials private. Never attempt to access someone else's account, disrupt the website or game service, interfere with network availability or distribute malicious links and software. Administrators will never ask you to reveal your account password.
Players are responsible for activity performed through their credentials, but the administration must still consider credible reports of unauthorised access when reviewing sanctions.
9. Administration and Evidence
Moderation decisions should rely on reasonably verifiable information such as direct observation, credible reports and available technical records. Being reported, unusual online hours or a high level alone does not prove cheating.
Warnings, chat restrictions, removal of unfair gains, temporary suspensions and permanent account restrictions may be used for other violations according to severity. The specific combined sanction in Section 4 governs prohibited automation.
10. Appeals and Updates
To appeal a sanction, contact the administration through an official Valdoria Next contact channel, stating your character name, the date of the incident and a concise explanation. Staff will review relevant information without guaranteeing a particular outcome. Do not post passwords or personal information in appeals.
Material changes to these rules will be announced on the website with an effective date. Updates apply prospectively unless required to address an urgent security or service risk.
